Payments and fulfillment

Connect Stripe and how payments work

Customers pay you directly; we never hold funds.

Existing or new Stripe account

If you already use Stripe, connect that account. If not, you can create one during setup. We never ask for your Stripe keys.

Where the money goes

Customers pay on Stripe’s secure checkout under your business name, and the payment goes to your Stripe account. Stripe pays out to your bank on your Stripe schedule. Your Fulfill Button subscription is billed separately.

Checkout appearance

Set your checkout name, colors, corner style, and font in Settings → Checkout appearance. We send these to Stripe with each checkout. Your logo comes from the Branding settings in your Stripe account. Stripe controls the checkout layout.

Refunds and disputes

Issue refunds and respond to disputes in your Stripe Dashboard. They appear on the order and in reports automatically, dated when they happened.
