Report definitions

What each figure means.

Definitions

Item sales: quantity × unit price, before discounts. Discounts, shipping, and tax are shown separately.

Net sales: collected, minus refunds and dispute withdrawals, plus dispute reinstatements.

Stripe fees and net: from Stripe balance transactions. “Unavailable” means Stripe hasn’t provided it yet; it’s never counted as zero.

Commission: optional, calculated under the terms saved on each purchase.

Payouts

If you turn on payout reporting, each Stripe payout is shown once. When a payout also contains activity excluded from reporting, only included activity is shown and the payout total is withheld.
